Training and Consultancy for Primary Care
Lanner Management Ltd is a specialist training and consultancy firm, serving the needs of General Practice, Community Services, and Primary Care Trusts. We are based in Norfolk, but work across the East of England.
Our goal is to help Primary Care organisations to thrive in an environment of continuous change, by improving the performance of their people, systems, and structures.
Our activities range from one hour training sessions such as basic life support, to year-long multi-million pound tendering and mobilisation projects, such as the new GP Led Health Centre in Norwich.
Training
We offer training programmes accredited by recognised bodies including the Open University and City & Guilds:

QCA Courses – Nationally Accredited Qualifications that sit on the National Qualifications Framework (Levels 2 to 5).

Clinical Training – Training, refreshers, and updates for Nurses and Health Care Assistants working in Primary Care.

Practice Based Short Courses – one to three hour courses and workshops delivered on practice premises, covering a wide variety of topic areas.

Bespoke Courses – Either commissioned by customers, or designed to meet an explicit or anticipated need, these courses include technical management briefings and skills workshops.
Consultancy
We provide consultancy services in four core areas:
Human Resources – Support for practices dealing with staff disputes, grievances, redundancy, restructuring, and contract variation.
Recruitment – A complete service from person specification, through to advertising, interviewing, and support with pre-employment checks.
Organisational Development – A wide range of services including strategic planning, system redesign, training needs analysis, and financial analysis of new business opportunities.
Competitive Tendering – Project management and tender submission through to the development of a successful bid from initial concept through to service commencement.
